The 57-storey tower will be constructed in a parking lot behind the First Baptist Church at Burrard and Nelson, and will contain 331 market condominium units.

The design of the tower, by Bing Thom Architects, is said to be inspired by organ pipes. Construction, which will occur in two phases, is scheduled to begin in May 2018, with full completion anticipated for late 2022.
